Terms for using Paabangan

These Terms govern use of Paabangan by landlords, invited tenants, public listing visitors, and anyone who accesses the service.

Using Paabangan

  • Paabangan provides rental management tools for landlords, invited tenant portal access, public listing pages, reminders, payment record keeping, reporting, and related workflows.
  • You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful rental management purposes.
  • Google sign-in is available for landlord accounts. Tenant portal access remains available through tenant invitations and tenant login credentials.

Landlord Responsibilities

  • Landlords are responsible for the legality and accuracy of properties, units, prices, deposits, rental terms, listings, tenant records, payment records, notices, and communications entered into Paabangan.
  • Generated terms, summaries, receipts, reminders, and templates are provided for review and convenience. They are not legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice.
  • Landlords must have the right to collect and process tenant information they enter into Paabangan and must honor applicable privacy, housing, consumer, and local rules.

Tenant And Visitor Use

  • Tenants may access portal features only when invited or enabled by their landlord. Tenants should review balances, notices, maintenance updates, and payment instructions directly with their landlord.
  • Public listing visitors should verify availability, pricing, location, rules, and payment instructions with the landlord before making commitments.

Payments And Subscriptions

  • Paabangan may support manual payment records, proof uploads, subscription add-ons, and admin-reviewed payment requests. The landlord remains responsible for confirming actual rent payments and tenant balances.
  • Subscription limits, add-ons, pricing, and access may change. We will present material paid changes before they apply where practical.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use Paabangan to upload unlawful, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, harmful, infringing, or privacy-invasive content.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape private data, disrupt the service, impersonate others, or access accounts or tenant records without permission.

Service Availability

  • We work to keep Paabangan reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, provider issues, or events outside our control.
  • To the fullest extent allowed by law, Paabangan is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Account Changes And Termination

  • We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, misuse tenant data, or cause harm to Paabangan or its users.
  • You may stop using Paabangan at any time. Some data may be retained as needed for security, legal, audit, billing, backup, or dispute purposes.
