How To Request Deletion

1. Email paabangan.app@gmail.com from the email address connected to your Paabangan account.
2. Use the subject line Delete my Paabangan account.
3. Include your full name, account email, role in Paabangan, and whether you are requesting deletion as a landlord or tenant.
4. We may ask for additional verification before deleting data to protect accounts and tenant records from unauthorized requests.

Data We Delete

• Account profile details such as name, email address, phone number, login method, and notification tokens.
• Landlord workspace data such as properties, units, tenants, rent records, utility records, maintenance requests, public listings, inquiries, reports, and settings.
• Tenant portal data associated with the requesting tenant account, including profile details, portal access, maintenance messages, notifications, balances, and uploaded payment proof images.
• Uploaded images and files that are no longer needed for legal, security, billing, audit, backup, or dispute purposes.

Data We May Retain

• Limited audit, security, abuse-prevention, billing, legal, tax, backup, or dispute records may be retained when required or reasonably necessary.
• Some backup copies may remain for a limited period before they are overwritten or deleted through normal backup rotation.
• If a tenant asks for deletion, some landlord-owned rental records may be retained for the landlord workspace when needed for legitimate record keeping, disputes, accounting, or legal obligations.

Deletion Timeline

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Data retained for legal, security, audit, billing, backup, or dispute purposes may be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
